Frequently Asked Questions

The stuff customers ask before ordering. Can't find what you're looking for? Send us a message and we'll answer within one business day.

01 /How long until my order ships?

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment. Complex multi-part models may take up to 1–2 weeks. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which typically delivers in 2–5 business days.

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your package leaves the shop. See the Shipping page for full details.

02 /How much is shipping?

Tiered USPS Ground Advantage within the United States: $4.99 under $25, $6.99 from $25–$50, $8.99 from $50–$75, and FREE on orders $75 and over, applied automatically at checkout.

03 /Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping isn't on the near-term roadmap.

04 /Can I really pick the color of every part?

Yes. That's the whole point of the shop. Every product has multiple parts, and you choose a filament color for each one. The 3D preview on each product page shows your choices in real time before you order.

We also offer designer palette presets if you want a curated combination instead of picking part-by-part.

05 /What if I picked the wrong colors?

If you catch it within an hour or two of ordering, email us and there's a good chance we can stop the print before it starts.

Once a print is in progress, the order is final. We can't recolor a printed model. Take your time at checkout, use the live 3D preview, and double-check the Customer Gallery for real-photo examples in different color combinations.

06 /Can I cancel my order?

Only before your print has started. Because each order is custom-made the moment it comes in, we can't cancel or refund once production begins. Contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

07 /What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us the same day USPS marks your package delivered, with clear photos of the damage. We'll reprint and reship at no charge.

Reports submitted after the day of delivery can't be honored. Once an item has been handled or displayed, it gets impossible to tell shipping damage from later wear. See Returns & Refunds for full details.

08 /What materials do you use?

We print in PLA, PLA+, and Silk PLA filament, the same family of plant-based plastics used by most home and small-shop FDM printers. PLA is durable for display, indoor, and gentle-use applications. Our 3D printing guide breaks down what PLA is and how each type differs.

The picker has a material filter so you can see which colors are available in each. We add new colors regularly; if you don't see what you want, you can suggest a color.

09 /Are your prints food-safe or dishwasher-safe?

No. Our prints are intended for decorative and display use. PLA softens at temperatures well below dishwasher cycles and isn't food-contact rated. Treat them as you would any decorative resin, printed art, or display piece: wipe with a soft damp cloth to clean, keep out of direct sunlight or hot cars. See our 3D printing guide for full care tips.

10 /Why are some models limited to 8 colors?

Our printers physically swap filament between color changes, and the largest of our printers tops out at 8 distinct filaments per print. Models with more than 8 customisable parts share colors across multiple parts, and the picker shows you a live count of colors used and warns when you're approaching the limit.

11 /Can I request a custom model or a new color?

Yes, both. Use the Custom page to request a model from your own design files (or just a description). We'll review and quote.

The same page handles new-color suggestions for the catalog. Tell us the color you want, what models you'd use it on, and we'll consider adding it.

12 /How is my personal information handled?

We collect only what's needed to fulfill your order: name, email, shipping address, and what you bought. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We do not sell or share data for advertising.

Full details, including every third-party service we use, retention windows, and your CCPA rights, are on our Privacy Policy page.
