Printing
Your order goes straight to our printers. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Complex multi-part models may take up to 1–2 weeks. Each part is printed in your chosen filament color.

Quality Check & Pack
We inspect every print before it ships. Parts are cleaned up, supports removed, and your order is carefully packed to survive the journey.

Shipped
Dropped off with USPS Ground Advantage. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Shipping Policies
- We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control once the package is in USPS hands.
- We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but reported missing. Please contact USPS directly and file a claim.
- Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages after they ship, and we are not responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

Damaged in Transit?
We've got you covered. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us with your order number and clear photos the same day your order is marked delivered by USPS. We will reprint and reship your order at no charge.
Same-day reporting also applies if you receive the wrong item: send us pictures the day your order is marked delivered and we'll make it right. Reach us on Discord or via email; we respond fast.

Tiered USPS Ground Advantage: $4.99 under $25, $6.99 from $25–$50, $8.99 from $50–$75, and FREE on orders $75 and over, applied automatically at checkout, no code needed.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders print and ship within 3–5 business days. Complex multi-part builds can take up to 1–2 weeks. USPS Ground Advantage then takes 2–5 business days in transit.
What if my package is lost or marked delivered but missing?
Once the package is in USPS hands we are not responsible for carrier delays or packages marked delivered but reported missing. Please contact USPS directly and file a claim.
