Terms of Service

By accessing or placing an order through them3dprintguys.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the Site.

All products sold by Them 3D Print Guys are custom-manufactured to order. Each item is printed specifically for you based on the model and color selections you make at the time of purchase.

Because our products are made to order, we begin production shortly after payment is confirmed. Production timelines vary by model complexity and are estimated at the time of purchase. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

• Color accuracy may vary slightly between screen display and physical filament due to monitor calibration differences.
• Minor layer lines and print characteristics are normal features of FDM 3D printing, not defects.
• We reserve the right to substitute a filament brand of equal quality if your chosen color is out of stock, and will notify you before doing so.

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. No hidden fees.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information on our servers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount including applicable shipping to your chosen payment method.

• Washington State sales tax will be applied to orders where required by law.
• Payment must be received in full before production begins.
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us will result in a permanent ban from our store.

We do, however, stand behind our work. If your order arrives:

• Damaged in shipping: contact us with your order number and clear photos the same day your order is marked delivered by USPS, and we will reprint and reship at no charge.
• Wrong item received: contact us with pictures the same day your order is marked delivered, and we'll make it right.

Minor cosmetic imperfections are a normal part of FDM 3D printing and are not considered defects. We inspect every order before it ships, and anything we wouldn't be proud to send doesn't go out the door.

Damage and wrong-item reports must be submitted the same day your order is marked delivered by USPS. Reports submitted after that day cannot be honored.

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage within the United States. Shipping is tiered by cart subtotal: $4.99 on orders under $25, $6.99 from $25–$50, $8.99 from $50–$75, and FREE on orders $75 and over, applied automatically at checkout.

Your order goes straight to our printers. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Complex multi-part models may take up to 1–2 weeks. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

Once an order has shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon handoff to the carrier.

• We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
• Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
• We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control once the package is in USPS hands.
• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.
• Address errors provided by the customer that result in non-delivery are the customer's responsibility.

All original models designed by Them 3D Print Guys are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.

Some models in our catalog are licensed through STLflix, an authorized 3D print file marketplace. We are an official STLflix Authorized Seller. These designs remain the intellectual property of their respective designers and are licensed to us for production purposes only. Physical prints of STLflix-licensed models are sold for personal, non-commercial use only. Resale, redistribution, or commercial use of any produced print is not permitted.

By submitting a custom design request, you represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use any intellectual property in your submission, and you agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your submission.

We will not knowingly print designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights, including but not limited to trademarked characters, logos, or copyrighted works.

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington State law, Them 3D Print Guys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

Our products are decorative and intended for display purposes unless otherwise stated. We are not liable for any damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products.

Our handling of personal information, including what we collect, the third-party services we use, retention windows, and your rights as a California resident under CCPA, is documented in full on our Privacy Policy page.

In short: we collect only what's necessary to fulfill your order, we do not sell or share your personal information for advertising or analytics, and payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, so your card details never touch our servers.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
